Community ManagerProducts purchased on Steam can't be redeemed on the EA app anyways (and vice versa), and looking at the Steam Store, it won't work if you have bought other packs/the base game on the EA app already.
It might be a better idea to see if you can get a refund on Steam and then buy the pack separately on the EA app if you want to play it there.
Ive seen numerous people saying they can get their purchase added to their EA account as long as they provide the receipt of the purchase.
