Thanks for the quick reply! I have tried: disabling my firewall, deleting the ping file and typing my persona after my email. I have attempted to create a spore account correctly, in case I hadn't previously, and are given a "unknown error has occurred" i have tried multiple names including gibberish all to no effect. When typing in my persona I do not even get the we will link your account to your spore.com account, straight to the error. I know the issue is not my internet, even if it is bad, as I have previously attempted to connect on different internets (that can't be the correct term) one of which is 39mb/s, mine is 14.46mb/s.
