Spore online features

I bought SPORE from a Goodwill store, and because it was used, I couldn't register it to my account or use online features 😕mileysad:. I am wondering if there is a way to enable these features without purchasing the download or another disk.

    I think you're out of luck, the key is the core of ownership of the game, and if it's already used, then the game still belongs to its original user.
