Spore Origin Issues

After installing EA app and then downloading Spore Origin I have not been able to play. The game will load to the screen where I can pick a planet to play and after picking a planet and entering into the world after selecting herbivore or carnivore the screen just blacks out. No sound, no picture, no error code, doesn't restart or close out. I have to force close to even attempt to try to play the game again. I have followed all suggestions on the internet and on EA support as well and nothing works. Everything is up to date, every cache is cleared, drivers are good, graphs meet requirements even for a new pc to play an old game. I've made sure to take all suggestions to get the game to run but it does not. I have been a long time fan of this game since the moment it was released and very much would like to enjoy some nostalgia and play again.
