I cannot tell you exactly why your sporecast under Steam does not want to work?!

actually, it's both steam and origin versions that don't want to work, and i've tried to download the sporecasts at my brother's pc and it doesn't work either, just like my computer. Maybe it's a server problem?
update: i perceived that NEW sporecasts subscribed through the game are downloading, but when i try to subscribe to them through the sporepedia site, they don't download too
