I have no trouble with http://www.spore.com/sporepedia but for its login window, which looks weird, but still works. Did you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies?
Clearing the cache does not solve the issue. The in-game search function is not working at all - no matter what you enter as a search term, it returns zero matches. This has been going on since mid-June. For being a fairly old game, Spore still has a huge and dynamic community, and I'm getting sick of EA's apparent indifference to most basic expectations of their fan-base. EA, you need to SORT IT OUT, now!!! :womanmad:
I too am having the same problem, I've tried searching for terms in the naem field or by author, etc. And nothing seems to be working. It has been a month since this post was started, has nay progress been made to solving the issue?
I contacted Maxis Scott regarding the matter, he said he has messaged the server folks, however it may take a few days for them to respond since they're out of town.
Don't trust EA to do anything for you, this thread has been up for some time now and they still haven't replied, so don't expect a reply for EA.
