StarWars Games (Battlefront, Rogue Squadron) and Battlegroud 4 Not Loading

My Star Wars Battlefront I and II as well as Star Wars Rogue Squadrons and Battleground 4 do not load.  My older Medal of Honor Allied Assault and Pacific Assault do load and play fine.  The Star War...

Thank you for your reply.  I tried clearing cache but it did not resolve issue.  When I start the game, either from Steam or EA App, the "preparing game" screen displayed, then the EA App reappears back to the Play Game screen.  All 4 apps, same result.

There might be a program or app preventing the game from running properly. To find out if this is the case, you can try a Clean Boot, as that will close all background programs that might be conflicting with the game and EA app: How to clean or safe boot your computer
