It's decided to just stop booting all of a sudden. I could play with it for a couple of days no issue and... then nothing. I open up the EA app, it brings up the setting exe from which you can boot up the game, nothing happens. Even if I try to boot it up without EA, it always opens the app and then the game just doesn't get started anymore for whatever reason. Out of the blue like that.
Try reinstalling your game and updating your CPU and GPU drivers. Also, check if any background apps are running when launching the game—if so, close them. If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to a different support agent for further assistance.
