Two of my Rare Gems won't load. Saying unavailable

Since they're not loading I can't use them. I keep accruing them but can't use them. I've been playing this game Bejeweled Blitz for maybe 15 years and have never had anything like this happen. It's ...

I'm having the exact same problem with two of the rare gems. No response from EA yet?

    No, and I was supposed to have a game advisor get back with me according to the email EA sent me and that was a week ago.

    I hope somebody contacts me soon. I and accruing more of the same gem that I cannot use. This is unacceptable

      Check your gems again, Hutcracker  and Fanzanite are suddenly and thankfully avaliable again.

      I have the same issue but looks like I won't get my issue resolved.
