Two of my Rare Gems won't load. Saying unavailable

Since they're not loading I can't use them. I keep accruing them but can't use them. I've been playing this game Bejeweled Blitz for maybe 15 years and have never had anything like this happen. It's been 3 or 4 days and really frustrated. One of the gems is my favorite.  Please fix
