UFC 3 doesn't work even offline

The UFC 3 in Playstation 4 simply doesn't work. It is said that the Online servers are down but the post said that the offline features were working. And they were, for a bit. A few months back, the game was working completely fine. But suddenly, when I go open it, it doesn't even start. It doesn't even show the starting menu. What should I do? Nobody helps me. This is Playstation 4, so I guess there's no way to get a refund.
