Unable to access spore online servers (Steam game)

Hi, I have spore purchased on steam both the base game and the galactic adventures DLC and the creepy and cute DLC, and I am unable to access the spore online servers at all since I have the game on steam. I know that this is a recurring issue for a lot of steam users, and I've tried accessing the cd key to see if it will work and it hasn't. I've attached proof of my purchases of the spore items, and I was really hoping and wondering if there was anything that could be done to remedy this issue? Would it be possible to add the game to my EA library? I've tried many different methods to try to access the online servers but sadly nothing is working ☹️.     As of now there is no way to activate a key from STEAM on EA for SPORE.  However, I know it is frustrating but right now you can get SPORE collection which includes the base game, the creepy and cute dlc, and Galactic Adventures on GOG for just $7.49! I purchased it on GOG, got the serial keys from the GOG website, downloaded the EA App and redeemed the game on there (You have to manually input all three keys to get everything through the EA App) then downloaded the game, launched it from the EA App and created a new fresh account for it using my login info from EA on SPORE.  As long as your password DOES NOT include symbols, I repeat - NO SYMBOLS - just numbers and letters you'll be able to log in and start playing.  I don't know why that is but after unsuccessfully trying my over complicated password and resetting it a couple of times I realized this.  I use the GOG version but the EA App version is the same one.  Hope this helps you.  I would also try getting a full refund from STEAM if it is not too late to do so.
