Unable to download to MAC

I purchased Galactic Adventures and used my code.  Then found that it will not download to my MAC.  I tried to use it on my husbands PC that has Windows but it will not let me since i already "redeamed" my code.

Can I get a refund since it is not compatable with my MAC?
