Question

Trying to purchase Spore for my daughters, your site is telling me it cannot accept ANY of the 3 different VISA cards that I have. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO???

I keep gettingthe following message:

We're unable to process your payment right now. Use a different payment method or try again later. [ref. #10048]

Very frustrating.

This is an error on your site because all of these cards are active and can pay the €10 neded to fulfil this purchase request.
