I have already been in contact with EA support. I can not login as it asks for email verification for an email account that no longer exists to me.
I have been told the info I provided doesn't match what they have on file. It's been 13 years. I logged in once.
It's now like someone else's account is linked to my Xbox account. EA said they cannot help.
I just want to be able to use my Xbox account with my new EA account. I don't need access to the old account. There is nothing in there I want besides breaking the link.
Hi @TriggerCappy1,
Thanks for trying it with your email, but could you try it using the other methods shared in the first link I gave you? For example, you said your console was linked up. In the link I shared it gives you a way to log in using your console account. Please, read through the articles and try the steps in them. If they don't work, then you're out of luck because the support team can't make any account changes if you're unable to pass the security stage with them.

Hey, I need help. So, you see, I had this old account connected to my Xbox, and I can't log into my EA account because I deleted my email to get a new phone. I'm trying to play FC26 when it comes out, and I don't want it linked to the account I no longer have access to. I want to unlink that account that is linked to my Xbox and link this account to Xbox, but when I look how to do that (unlink my EA account from my Xbox account) it says that I have to do it from EA, and when I go to EA and try to log in, I have to get this security code, but again, I don't have email address access because I deleted it.
