Xbox account linking

Hey there, 

What happens when you try to unlink your account? Do you receive any error messages, or you don't see the option to unlink it on your profile page?

well it says there can only be one account linked in a lifetime, its not the account i use anymore, i tried contacting support but its been well over 72h and nothing has been fixed sadly

If your EA account currently has an Xbox account linked to it and you want to use a new Xbox account, the quickest way to resolve this is to create a new EA account and link your new Xbox account.

As you mentioned, linking accounts creates a lifetime link to protect you from malicious activity and help prevent performance issues in your games.

You can unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.

That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.
