Skate. black screen appering while loading locations...

While loading locations there appers just black screen but somethimes its loading, but same issue, im waiting for this to load and doesnt show anything, i hear the game, skaters traffic etc. but stuck on black screen. I need to restart my game almost 4-5 time as i play. sometimes it loads up, but this is rare. I have this issue since game came out till now.. Any solutions? I have game on steam.
