@joffa81 quite the opposite for me, I can't enable is despite having a 120mhz TV. it's greyed out and disabled.
It’s the same for me both the top and bottom options are greyed out with the bottom one being 120hz mode stuck on enabled. The only setting that can be altered is the HDR brightness.
