Grid Legends Steam account link issue

Hi there,

I've recently bought Grid Legends through my steam account, but i've been unable to get the online features to work. For some reason the game doesn't count as linked ingame neither in the EA App on windows. I've tried to use the internal button for account linking in the game options, but it does not work (nothing shows up.) I've unlinked and linked steam back again and it also does not work. This seems like a recurring issue, please help.

Additionally, I have other games linked completely fine from my steam library, like NFSHP Remastered, NFSMW (2012) and Titanfall 2, all of which i've bought through steam and linking worked seamlessly.

    Not a lot of patience left, we could do with a little information. Something..anything how hard could it be?

    EA_Groguet​ It's time you told us if or when this problem will be resolved. You need to stop acting like it is an individual problem by asking what platform and what is your gamertag when you know the problem is on your end. A month and a half is to long without meaningful conversation about the actual problem.
