It's locked for me, too. (I'm on PS5)
Its the same on PC, the same on Xbox. This issue has been reported multiple times during last 3 weeks and nothing. Guess we can already see the results of EA buyout. Codemasters of old would never abandon their game like that. Entire Career mode a multiple achievements are broken and impossible to complete. This is ridiculous, not a single answer or fix from them. Seeing how they all of the sudden lowered the base price for Season Pass I think we can safely assume GRID Legends has been abandoned and all we are going to get is a few low effort DLCs and zero bug fixes.
