Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play with wheel > Turn off game > Play with controller > Watch all progress being reset
What happens when the bug occurs? All sponsor progress wiped (even those that have been fully completed). % progress in career wiped (but the trophies for races you've won stayed). Story mode checkmarks wiped (but trophies stay).
What do you expect to see? Bug fixed and lost progress reinstated
I just found a bug that resets your progress if you switch between wheel/controller.
- All sponsor progress wiped (even those that have been fully completed).
- % progress in career wiped (but the trophies for races you've won stayed).
- Story mode progress seems unaffected (the objective checkmarks are wiped, but trophies stay and you can replay any event).
- Car upgrades, mechanic perks and team banners/logos unaffected.
Please fix ASAP. There are lots of people reporting similar progression bugs and no concrete response has been offered so far (some even as far back as April). What the hell are you guys doing? Not going to play this game until then. What's the point of spending time only to be wasted by something innocuous as changing a controller?
