Daily reward jumps from day 20 to day 1 - gold reward missing!

Daily rewards jumps from day 20 to 1 

it happens nearly every month that the game jumps from day 20 to day 1 once I open the app. That means I miss all the high daily rewards from the last 10 days of the month (at least 100 gold as an elite player). I messaged them several times and received a useless, auto berated answer. Any idea? I am using an iOS device, latest os version as well as latest RR3 version. Annoying !
