Dirt 5 on Xbox - Online multiplayer error problem

Hello,

In the main menu when I try to press ONLINE it gives me the message "A network error has occurred, check the connection" but my console is connected to the internet and my microsoft xbox user has the gamepass core (ex gold) for multiplayer.

Also in the game when i tried to log in to Racenet with EA credentials the system give error, the user account seems ok becouse if i try sign in at https://www.ea.com/ea-studios/codemasters (http://racenet.codemaster.com/) it goes in.
