Dirt 5 Playground Greyed Out (error code mango)

So I've had this problem for 2 years now. The option to view playgrounds in dirt 5 on the PS5 version is greyed out. Because of this I can't rate a playground for the last trophy I need for the platinum. 

I can connect to the online and do races but for whatever reason I cant access playgrounds. I backout and it just says lost connection with the error code mango. 

I deleted my ps5 and ps4 save and it did nothing. Honestly I don't care about access to playgrounds. I just want the trophy for rating a playground.
