Dirt Rally 2.0 One Year Pass DLC content missing

I bought the base game and One Year Pass on for dr2.0 on Xbox X, but after multiple seasons, uninstalling the game, and resetting RACENET data, the DLC content (maps and cars) wont appear inside the carrer mode or shop. All while the content IS avaliable in freeplay modes, but not insidethe carrer mode.

Is there anyway to fix this?

    I buy goty version a few days ago and is useless now, EA should fix this and give time before shuting down the game and avoid people get access on the content they paid for

    Happen to me in PS4 aswell, and cannot buy kit cars either, hope EA fix it, is so frustrating
