Dirt Rally and G923

I switched from an old Logitech Momo wheel (collector!) to a Logitech G923 but I can't get it to work with Dirt Rally launched from Steam. I saw some videos saying to 'force off' steam in the controller input but this option is not exactly the same in the latest Steam (I tried Controller -> Disable steam input). Nevertheless, it did not fix the problem, while Dirt Rally 4 and Asseto Corsa work well.
