DLC Cars not showing up as available to purchase in Garage

Me to my friend I rung microsoft incase it was in relation to the global them issue they had, but I still have the issue even the starter car upgrades missing

Hello! Same thing on my Xbox Series S: the GOTY content is installed but not available in My Team section of the game. EA_Groguet​ , can you please do whatever you guys did previously to fix this? Thank you in advance!
