DLC Cars not showing up as available to purchase in Garage

Me to my friend I rung microsoft incase it was in relation to the global them issue they had, but I still have the issue even the starter car upgrades missing

Same thing on my Xbox Series X: the GOTY content is installed but not available in My Team section of the game. This includes the dlc that is supposed to provide car upgrades to the start of your My Team campaign. EA_Groguet​, are you able to help? Thank you in advance!
