DLC Cars not showing up as available to purchase in Garage

I recently purchased the Game of The Year edition of DiRT Rally 2.0 on Xbox having previously been playing through the EA Play vault for the prior few days only to find that none of the DLC cars are ...

EA_Groguet​ I don’t know why or how but the issue came back. All of my DLC cars, rank, Livery’s, starting credits and cars, all gone. spontaneously disappeared in the last week or so. As the comments say, I’ve tried everything.
