Man, that sucks, feels like they just pass the issue on to the team, even though they know nothing will change. I had a teacher a while back tell me his secret to life was, when someone asks him to do something, like idk write an email or something he doesn't think important, he just doesn't do it but says he will. Worst advice ver. That's what I feel is happening here. Just wish we'd get some statement at least like "yeah, this is an issue but it won't be fixed because all support has moved to EA WRC" then make the DLC free on xbox or something. It's most frustrating to me that the content just straight up doesn't work, but it is in the game. I've played with all the DLC cars at this point on all the DLC tracks in offline mode. How hard is it to fix a simple content check and put it in career mode?
It might be a simple check, but if I've learned anything during my time in the industry, fixing something can break something else.
The content seems to register fine to the game as I can use it in free play. It's just RaceNet where it hasn't done this.
I am hopeful they fix it.

Good point, it may be more complex than I'm thinking. I don't know anything about making a video game. But let's all just keep posting on here and tagging the EA official accounts every now and then until we get a response, @EA_Kent @EA_Groguet

Yeah some news would be appreciated. Some of us like to play the career mode in solo and would like to have access to the content they paid for.

I think this is a lost cause. The fuss always dies down in the end, the trapped players get their money back and so it goes on!

Unfortunately I've already had it refunded (twice) to check the progress of the bug fix, if there's a third time I'd like to make sure it works for good.
For the PC version of the Microsoft Store, I mean

Check it now, logged on mobile just to let yall know it hit for me. Over 2 mil credits and ~35 cars suddenly in my garage!

Hey, it looks like the PC version of the game (Microsoft Store) still hasn't been fixed on this point.
I believe may be it will be easier to open new topic with same name but specifically mentioned PC version and tag @EA_Groguet .

this problem linked to the microsoft store will never be corrected unfortunately, it has been mentioned several times by both EA and microsoft
It's currently on sale for less than £2 on Steam (£6 in its GOTY version); unfortunately, that's the only alternative.
It's a shame, though, that it's still available at full price on the MS store, given that it's a dysfunctional product.
