I'm experiencing the same issue on Xbox in August 2026.
I purchased DiRT Rally 2.0 GOTY Edition through the Microsoft Store a few months ago specifically to receive the included DLC. Xbox/Microsoft shows that I own the GOTY content and that all of the DLC is installed.
However, when I launch the game, the GOTY DLC cars are not available in My Team/Career, they cannot be purchased, and Daily/Weekly/Monthly events tell me that I don't own the required DLC.
I've already completed the usual troubleshooting, including reinstalling the game/DLC. I've also contacted both Microsoft/Xbox and EA, but I've been sent back and forth between the two going round in circles.
I even purchased and redeemed a second GOTY key to see if that would refresh the entitlement. Microsoft confirmed that the content was already owned, but the DLC is still not recognised by the game. So just lost £17 tyring to fix something I already have
I've been reading through this thread and it appears this same issue affected Xbox users previously, and was eventually fixed. It also looks like other Xbox users are reporting the same problem again now.
Could an EA/Codemasters representative please check the GOTY entitlement associated with my account on the backend and confirm whether the DLC entitlement is reaching DiRT Rally 2.0/RaceNet correctly?
The important point is that I have paid for the GOTY content, Microsoft confirms that I own it, but I cannot access what I purchased.
I'd really appreciate someone investigating the entitlement rather than sending me back to Microsoft/Xbox for another round of standard troubleshooting.
I can see EA_Groguet was involved when this issue was previously investigated and resolved. If this is the same entitlement issue returning, could this please be escalated to the appropriate team?
Regards Stuart.
