DLC FOR GRID AUTOSPORT

Hello. I played GRID Autosport on an old Steam account for a long time, now I have a new one and recently I was able to buy this amazing game again. I recently found out that there is a DLC for it, after looking I realized that there is GRID Autosport - Demoman Derby Pack and GRID Autosport - High Res Texture Pack which are free, but I saw that they were removed from Steam, is it possible to get them somehow now? And is it possible to somehow buy the rest of the add-ons for this game.
