DOWNLOAD REQUIRED - Daily!!

I updated and am running RR3  13.4.1 and ever since the update I get the ‘DOWNLOAD REQUIRED’ window pop up every day when opening the game. I then have to download approx 4.3Gig of data before I can play.

I am playing it on an iPad Pro and have never had this issue before. I have deleted the game and reloaded it from the Apple Store then proceeded to load the backup so I have my years of gaming experience.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue and if so are there any solutions out there?
