Flashback not working

Summarize your bug Hi, I am on PC with Grid Legends, and the game works perfectly except for one issue that's driving me mad. Flashbacks doesn't work. When I press the button for Flashbacks, the car blurs for a second, then the race resumes. That's it. The "flash back" is not even 1 second.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play any race, and use Flashback. It will not work.
What happens when the bug occurs? The car "flashes back" about half of a second, and race resumes
What do you expect to see? Flashback working

I am at 60Hz, with V-sync enabled. I also tried fullscreen mode, and windowed mode, no luck. Updated NVidia drivers, I reset the controller profile, and switched Flashbacks off and then on again. Nothing works. I even tried turning V-sync off. I
