Game takes control of our online lobby

Summarize your bug When playing online with friends, I cannot control the size of my lobby. By reducing the size of the lobby, we reduce the number of AI, which reduces lag. I am 64, have been racing with the same group of people since NFS High Stakes, Racedriver and so on. Here is why it is important to control my lobby size. I am in Alberta, Canada, 2 friends are in The Netherlands, another in the UK, a couple in the US, and a few from Australia. WE fire up a lobby, do a couple of races with the size of the lobby between 12 and 16. We chose another event, suddenly my lobby has been increased to 22. No way to set it back to 12, we race that event, and from that point on we get an error and cannot even continue to do the same event. Only way to continue, the host must completely shut down Grid Legends and create a new one. Last weekend, we had to restart the host game, from Windows, at least 6 times on less than 2 hours. This is not how an online private session should be handled, where the game take control over the lobby. Our hope is that you will correct this issue in a timely manner. The game is great, but unless this bug is fixed, we'll have to move on

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a Lobby, reduce the size of the number of racers, continue until the game takes over.
What happens when the bug occurs? We can no longer continue our online lobby, and are forced to shut the game down, and relaunch.
What do you expect to see? Control of the lobby being returned to the host and nor overridden by the game.
