Garage Menu constantly rotating (PC Steam version with wheel and pedals)

Product: GRID Legends
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Apparently, the Garage menu in Grid Legends is affected by analog brakes, throttle, etc., with a wheel and pedals.  As a result, even if the game detects only a 1 percent press or deviation on the axes (which often happens over extended periods of use), the selection menu for cars (to purchase or upgrades) just keeps spinning by.   As a result, I cannot choose whether to browse among tuners, GT, etc., much less pick a car to upgrade, purchase, or even read what a specific car requires to be unlocked.
Please specify your platform model. Steam
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
In what game mode did the bug occur? Online Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into the garage menu on PC with a wheel and pedals that are not perfectly calibrated.
What happens when the bug occurs? Car selections go spinning buy because garage menu is affected by analog throttle and brake position.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see some deadzone applied to the analog throttle and brake while I am in the menus so that a minor deviation in the resistance reported by the brake pedal on Fanatec CSP v3 does not prevent me from selecting a car to purchase, upgrade or even to examine what locks me from using that car.

First:  This applies to the PC version on Steam of Grid Legends

My hardware:  Accuforce Pro V2 wheel, Fanatec CSP v3 pedals, TH8a shifter, Fanatec Handbrake, NLR Motion Platform V3 (All of which work with Grid Legends)

OS: Windows 11 (current version as of February 27, 2022) i9-9900 with nvidia 2080ti (drivers current as of February 27, 2022)

Solution:  Developers need to put a 25% deadzone on analog throttle and brake axes while in the garage menus or disable them completely while in the menu.   Note: I was surprised to find no means of setting a deadzone on the wheel and pedals in the PC version of Grid Legends to test this with...
