Got deluxe edition but add ons not showing

Product: GRID Legends
Platform:PlayStation 5 Digital Edition
Summarize your bug Got the Deluxe edition but when I downloaded the game none of the add ons are in it & says I have to buy them again. I've tried restoring licenses & uninstall reinstall still nothing
Please specify your platform model. Sony PlayStation 5
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
In what game mode did the bug occur? Offline Story
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Wait a day before downloading, had to delete games 1st
What happens when the bug occurs? Na
What do you expect to see? The add ons

Tried to add screenshot but says it's to big, it says Deluxe edition PS5/PS4 in my transaction history. I sent the pic to @eahelp on twitter, they sent me here

    No, you are the first to even ask about it. Everything, all the add ons I was suppose to get from the deluxe edition, 3 of them available now, won't let me download them, says I gotta buy them.

    @blssdmf1 Hello, I'm interested in learning more about this and so I've a couple of questions if you don't mind:

    Are these 3 available add-ons called: Mechanic Pass, Seneca & Ravenwest Pack and Deluxe Upgrade?

    By "available" you mean that you are seeing them in the store, but they're not labeled as purchased?

    Have you checked the PS Store itself? and if yes, then do they appear as purchased there?

    Yes that's the 3 packs & none of them say purchased. I've uninstalled & reinstalled the game. I've tried restoring licenses but nothing has worked. I didn't download the game right away because I had to free up space on my PS5, believe that might have something to do with it

    So you bought the game, realized that you needed more storage, made storage space then you downloaded?

    I'm asking for as much information as possible because we're tracking this issue and so I'm keen to analyze

    By the way, if you go to the PS Store and search for Grid Legends then select Deluxe Edition, does that show as purchased?

    @blssdmf1 Hello again, we had a look into it, I think what happened here is that on the PS5 store there is only 1 product for Grid Legends when you search for it, however, if you then choose it then select the 3 dots on the right hand side you'll see that you can switch between Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition.

    Given that the Deluxe Edition is not labeled as purchased, could you have bought the Standard Edition instead by accident?

    If you think I am mistaken can you try reattaching the screenshot? If you can find a way to resize it into a smaller resolution of course, so that the " file is too large " message does not pop up again

    No it was 100% the deluxe edition. I've almost got the platinum for the game now so it's not a big deal. Never had a game do this so just wanted to let you guys know. Is there somewhere else I can send the picture? I've sent it on twitter to @eahelp a couple weeks ago. It's to big to send on here, bigger then 3072k
