Grid Legends 200+ hours lost all progress

Got a message saying "your data is corrupt click here to repair it"  "the repair failed" Everything wiped on pc and cloud. When I called customer service I was told that this was impossible. I was...

Hi @DE4D_L4ST Thanks for letting us know about the issue your running into with Grid Legends, To confirm after you received the error did you look multiplayer progress and unlocks (cars, decals, etc) or did you lose progress in the story mode? 

Also to check which platform do you play off for PC (Steam, Origin, EA App)?

    The latest patch  , "Switching accounts will no longer corrupt files". Guess I was not the only one..

    I had to restart from scratch 100+ hours to get back to where I was.
