Welcome to the club (of grieving GRID Legends fans). There are now six topics dedicated to this problem. A moderator has re-opened topic from 3 years ago which says 'Solved!'... adding insult to injury. "To separate those two issues"... the moderator has decided to merge the old and the new complaints, thus making it difficult . Why?

It’s been ten days now . It’s probably nothing more severe than a bit of net code that needs fixing but it doesn’t look like they have any intention of resolving it . Could be the end of the road .

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Store.
Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box.
Choose the app from the search results, and then select Download.
Follow the instructions in the section “Report a new problem” to submit your problem report.
