Ion grid legends after 2 days of playing online w a friend it denied me the ability to play online. Unable to connect. The internet works just fine. It's a playstation 4. Restarted the game and the console multiple time. , deleted then re installed the game yet it would not allow me to play.

I understand your concern regarding being unable to connect to play online games in Grid Legends due to an error.
That must be really worrisome so let me provide you with some info on this.
We have seen similar reports so this was taken to further investigation.
Our game team is aware of the situation and they're checking why this could be happening. But we don't have an estimated time for this. We're trying to get this sorted as soon as possible though.
Please keep an eye on our Twitter for further updates on this issue.

Yep, I reinstalled the game, recycled my Xbox Series X and sitll no joy. Good to know that it's not just me - hopefully EA will fix this asap.
everyone has the same problem. whether it's EA or Codemasters, no one tells us what's going on. They don't care about the community.
So then no routing problem. Brazil, Germany, UK... seems to be a worldwide problem. So its on EAs side.
Same on PC, too.

my internet runs just fine.
I have been playing grid legends on PS4 for months. After winter bash last update I do not have access anymore, I can't play online. No problem if I login on EA site, Also I lost all sponsors, the are 0%. Of course EA did something wrong on the last update. I contacted EA support chat, they don't know what I was talking about. What do I suppose to do to fix that? I spent 70 euros plus money for 1 DLC but I can't play online.
Just purchased PS5 and Grid Legends was working and didn't like my tag name so I changed it and it hasn't let me play online either even after resetting the game and un installing and reinstalling it. Still Can't Play Online What a Rip Off !
I'm Afraid to even get the Madden Football Game.
