I'm beginning to think and believe, we've been given the silent treatment, for whatever reasons, kick some players off the server, maybe one reason could be, because the EA/Codemasters games that are no longer being supported online, would or were already flooding the server too much on Grid Legends ? Or because for example, ( I had a hint about the following when I chatted with one of the three EA techs ), I have a few friends that are spread around the world complaining about this, two online accounts at home that plays this game, and none of the two work online, he said: you have two accounts on this game ?!, you're not allowed to play one game with two accounts, I said I always did, I never had a problem, it's normal we do that, we're not going to buy two games, one for each accounts, my son and me, were always alternatively online with one game, but I thought later, when I finished chatting with them, obviously it's on one console, also because it has increasingly become impossible to play on two separate consoles using one game licence these last few years, especially when they're pushing to only sell downloadable games, not having a hard disk to pop in any other console at home, or bring it with us to play with a friend at their place, so what's the problem then !?, we're intermittently playing the one game, we're not using the one gane at the same time, it's either the one or the other profile using the one game we paid for.
I freaking hate most of these "so called realistic racing game simulators", as side they're boring, I look at the speed it's telling me on the speedometer, it's not realistic to real life speed, I look at how cars uncontrollably loses traction and keep spinning like a carousel, it's unrealistic, how we've been given standard car settings, that aside the upgrades I understand makes the cars better, sportier and competitive, are almost totally useless when we actually start the game, after we've played the demo entry piece at the start of the game, then after that, we get cars that need setting up, to be able to drive competibly, as for example with Forza and Forza Horizon, we have to spend tons of hour on one car alone to get some kind of drivable piece of **bleep** going in some competitive ways, and then repeat the same for all cars we want to drive ?!!, it's absolute madness, time we get through the needed game progress, and have a few cars going ok, get online for a bit of fun, there's these super unnatural aliens that have missiles that seem impossible to beat already, and the game just came out ?!!, that's impossible, I think most of these maniacs that make us look like rookies at the beginning of any games, work for the development department, have early access and Intel at their advantage, know the exact settings they need for each cars, because it has to be perfect and on top, many racing games are affected by variables, and that may include the steering wheel settings, so the rest of us have to spend mouths and years to discover on their own, what these early "pro rocket pilots" have since the beginning.
That's why I love having games come out like Grid and Grid Legends, get on it, a bit of setting up, and enjoy it ! But I must refer to older titles as well, because, like the very first Need for Speed's, and the Porsche challenges, the game physics were absolutely amazing back then already, not the ones that came after those, except the the two Shift 1 and 2 games, all the last Need for Speed's, they were complete crap for me.
Also, the Burnouts series, up until Burnout Paradise, the best one for me was Burnout 3, then Burnout Revenge, the first few Dirt, not the later ones, another great game to just hop on and drive, was Test drive unlimited, it was a refreshing innovative lifestyle, driving and racing game in one, another early release from Microsoft was Monster Truck Madness, it was good driving with the first PC Sidewinder Wheel, but it was so funny as well, no matter how many times me and my son heard the race commentary, it always funny to hear that guy lol 😁⚡other sidewinder controllers to use with flight simulators, and the sci-fi Defiant, alien attack like games, were very goed quality stuff, the software settings were so mind bogglingly intriguing, not like the **bleep** they made later,
Another one from Microsoft, was Project Gotham Racing, why stop with these fantastic easy going, very pleasurable types of games ?!! And the first Forza Horizon that came out was fantastic, until it went to **bleep** when the new one had altered physics rearranged by EA, that suddenly had totally other game physics in mind than what they were before, why ?!!, because it was too addictively intense and enjoyable to leave things as they were ?!
I must say that Codemasters are pretty much steadily staying as they were with racing games, but EA had lost it a while back, and need to go back to the older version of racing coding, even if they were Arcade racing games, they were very enjoyable, and should in my opinion, base their future Arcade and Simulating racing games on that base of coding, and progress from there....
I could go on, but I think most of you oldtimers know what I mean. 🤗⚡💪🫂

They wouldn't have given access back to PSX if this was the end. We should be sorted out soon. I hope :(
