I wanted to play some Crew, but they're having server problems as well, can't even play it offline, it keeps circulating between these two screens. That's a bummer as well 😫💩⚡

Lol, I didn't even think about it, I had the game already a while, but l only played it a couple of times, for some reason, and I couldn't remember what it was like, so being bored, I popped it in, now that you mentioned it, it's been released November 29, 2016 😲🫣😁😁
Here's some info I found:
No, you cannot play The Crew: Calling All Units (or the base game) through official channels anymore.
Ubisoft officially shut down the servers for the original The Crew on March 31, 2024, rendering the game completely unplayable on all platforms (Xbox, PlayStation, PC).

However, there is a way to play it on PC via a fan-led revival project:
The Crew Unlimited (TCU): A group of fans created a server emulator that allows the game to run on PC without Ubisoft's servers.
Status: As of late 2025/early 2026, the project is functional. It allows for offline play (local server) and has been developing community-run online functionality.
Requirements: You must own a previous copy of the PC version of the game.
Consoles: The fan revival is currently for PC only. Console versions (Xbox/PlayStation) remain unplayable.

Note: The developers of The Crew Unlimited have confirmed they found a bug in the original game client that would have caused it to stop working in 2029, which they have addressed in their emulator.
