Thanks EA_Groguet, for keeping us informed. It is no fun waiting instead of racing, but at least we know that you guys are working on it. It does sound as a really bad situation. Hopefully we'll be back online soon. Hang on, my fellow GRID'ers!

same problems for me and my friends (Xbox Series X). No Connection to EA. Online play not possible

23 Days now. 

I have a friend in Oregon, and Colorado and I am in Northern California.  We are all having the same issues.  We can go to the web site and sign in to EA Sports with no issues, but can not do multi player racing on our XBOX's . All patches are applied on the XBOX, this looks to be an EA Sports Specific issue!   Been playing EA Sports games since they first came out, and I do not remember any issues ever talking this ling to resolve and no official response!!!    This has been going on for around a month, a little too long for an outage.   @EA Sports, what's going on? We have been racing the older game, but we want Grid Legends back in multi player mode!   None of the troupble shooting tips work, because it's an outage ;-(...

There is no problem on your end, it is an EA problem. You need do nothing else but somehow manufacture patience. 🙂
