Grid Legends won't connect to your servers on console "X Box"

If you're not to flustered you should try and delete everything and download the dlc 1st, then download the game when the dlc finishes. 

I've already started with the base game I'll try this first if not i will try your way next 

When you have selected all the add-ons, make sure you scroll down in the menu, because some are hidden !!

If nothing works, then select to remove that whatever part, (it's sad it doesn't specify which part they're on about on the initial screen you get when you start the game), of the game that is missing and continue, obviously don't select to delete everything that's saved, because you'll have to start the game allover again, I think afterwards, when the game does start, it will show what was not being recognised before in the add-ons you'll see where you can buy them in the shop, which is or not installed, and since you own all add-ons, they'll still be yours to add-on later, but you'll  have to redo that part of the game progress, that's what I'd go for, it's not a big loss, not as much as losing all the game saved progress...

so now that most of my efforts have failed should I pick the option to remove content and continue as seen by the picture and what will happen once I select it will i lose all my hard worked saved data progress how will this work plz help me sort this 

I wouldn't risk it. Do you have an alt account? try and see if you can start again to the point you can use your DLC. If you can't download the game and use the DLC you know it's an EA server issue and not you.

I'll repeat this oobones, because it's something that easily can be missed.
So you have selected all the add-ons to download, when the download has finisched, go back and look at the ones that are not in view, make sure you scroll down in the menu, because some are hidden, and may have unchecked themselves from downloading, if that is the case, check them on again to download them as well., that's what I have experienced as well, I hope for you it's something like that going on. If that is not the case, I hope the techs from EA make themselves heard and help you at least the best they can on this issue.

Nah Ghostdragon i only got the one account I'm using now and it's just going to do the content not installed nonsense so i just guess i will just leave it because I'm at the point of putting my foot straight through the xbox i want  to thank u guys for trying to help me

It seems Grid Legends is again one of those too good kind of games to let us continue to enjoy it.
EA complex have their troubles as well, the one moment they are buying other game developers, in the other they are selling, in the meantime have all kinds of issues going on for quite a while now since a few years, maybe economical ones as well.
I think the wrong people have taken charge, are destroying huge companies as for example just to mention a few, Ubisoft, Codemasters and EA. I really hope they get rid of these sabotagers, because if they know it or not, that's what they are, disrupters and sabotagers.

The gaming world, from making software for all kinds of games to developing all kinds of hardware, is a multiple billion dollar industry, and it seems impossible to *uckup as they are doing, but the sad thing is, it does happen, hopefully they are still on time to save what's savable.
