Help With an Hacked Account

I need help getting back into an account that was hacked, it was allegedly hacked in 2024 with no email being sent at all, until little old me found out the hard way when i wanted to play need for speed heat, i then tried appealing but no response, then recently i tried playing need for speed 2015 and i was blocked from playing again, this account is locked to my steam account with no ability to delete the ea account or unlink it, and the email attached to it is some sort of temp mail which replaced the original email.

Please help

    Hey carmaniacc43,

Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already and are still able to, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account back under your control.

After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team using the Contact us button at the bottom of that page to help recover the account itself, as that isn't something we can help with here on the forums. Once you connect with an advisor and successfully verify your account ownership, they should be able to work with you to change any incorrect account details.

Since you've mentioned appealing, it sounds like whoever took over your account might've received an account action. In that case, any linked platform accounts will be stuck to the sanctioned EA account and can't be unlinked. You'll need to continue appealing the decision after connecting with our live support team and recovering the account.

Let us know how it goes, thanks!
