How to fix "LOAD FAILED, Failed to load Saved Profile" (GRID LEGENDS)

On "Grid Legends" have problem,couldnt launch the game wiht Origin. Problem is :LOAD FAILED, Failed to load Saved Profile, what i have to do?

    clear cache.go to grid manage save date then clear cache reboot  don't forget get to save.

    I too am not sure what that means, and I am an old time gamer for over 30 years. First time I have had a problem I could not  solve.
