Is there a Dirt Rally 2.0 API that I could use to retrieve leaderboard times for

Is there a Dirt Rally 2.0 API that I could use to retrieve leaderboard times for sorting through for my group of Dirt Rally friends?

That's basically the entire question. Would like some sort of way to retrieve the leaderboard data for personal use of an active list between friends.
