Missing rewards on the Real Racing 3 game.

The update of Season 4 Round 1 was bad from the get go. with even after completing the full round the rewards are not given, this issue has already been checked and the official account of Real racing 3 on X made a post, asking the gamers to contact EA.. https://x.com/realracing/status/1849775156165800407 

But the EA team doesn't have any ways to give the missing rewards to the game and are asking to contact firemonkeys.
