My iPad is not showing the farewell gift and the v8 Supercars NASCARs

Hi ea I have a question for you my iPad is an apple ipad 8 pro it’s not showing the farewell gift from you and I’ve purchased the Holden commodore with 50 gold + 1,000,000 m$ and the nascars academy car and you can help me with that issue please if you would mind much

    😖you’ve forgotten the Supercars series and I had a problem when I first purchased the car from the V8 Supercars car pack and the NASCARs car pack came with the purchase processed and not showing the car pack 😠
