I am having trouble playing online on Need For Speed Rivals, it gave me an error message saying that it looks like I have been away a while, we sent a password reset to your email. Does anyone know how to fix this on Xbox Series S or have any suggestions?

That did not work, I tried it multiple times, it still gives me the same error message

No I do not, there is no official confirmation that my password has been changed. I still can't connect to the online servers. I think it must be on EAs side.
